How to Make Treasure Boat (Inari Bune) / New Imperial Era Celebration Edition【Sushi Chef Eye View】

Japan is now celebrating the succession to the Imperial Throne and the transition to the new imperial era. How to Sushi produces this special edition to respectfully celebrate this historical moment.
Inari zushi is thin deep-fried bean curd, or fried tofu cooking in a sweet sauce, with a filling of vinegared rice. This video demonstrates the unique arrangement with inari zushi, so called inari-bune, or a treasure boat.
