To be fair that hemp hardly looks cooked. Its suppose to split and 5he white kerbals should show .. very dangerous for carp uncooked.. Should be boiled in water for 30mins first, or kept in a thermos flask of hot water

+megi murdie To make it PVA friendly add salt to the mix when finished. It will be around 1/4 of a cup. Just keep adding the salt until your pva stops disolving.

Yes it is ideal for zig fishing. Mixed in with a basic spod mix works well too if you want the bait to stretch.
