Great Video, I just did some with my son on the deer I shot this year. We used the casing method and I smoked them to 165 they turned out great. I will share this video with him. Stay warm. lol from Michigan!

love your channel and videos, love venison! do you have a recipe or even an older video on how to prepare venison hash? everyone in my family used to make it when i was growing up but i never learned the recipe. i get a hold of some free venison from time to time and i would like to have again. thanks for all the great videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
