My glow up was through Christ in the start of my 30s. I thought I had what I wanted but life happens and the Lord was with me when it fell apart but He restored me at the start and I’ve gotten my health, my youth and His love all around and inside of me. He will restore what the locusts have eaten 💜

We are in the click and get society. The same is true in relationships as in dating apps. They last as long as you provide services. So learn to be alone, and you'll happy forever.

I started focusing on growth over pleasure in my twenties and became extremely lonely like you said. I’ve been trying to find my tribe for over a decade but still living an extremely lonely life. Wish I knew a way to find people on a similar wavelength. Seems like there’s no more community in the digital age besides random MeetUps. Are there any other suggestions you can offer for finding like-minded individuals?

Check out churches. Bible church, community church. Most have growth groups that stay small so it’s easier to connect. If one isn’t a fit for you try another.

Dr. Axe, I’m 48 years old and I’ve been vegan for 5 years now. I am struggling a little bit with eating enough protein and I’m losing muscle mass. I also have gone through some health scares. I’m contemplating on introducing some animal products. But all the horrible processed foods out there and mistreated farming happening, I don’t know where to start????

Why do you keep harping on BCPs but NEVER offer natiral forms of it. Not everyone wants to keep popping out babies.
