I do have a CT100 and been having it for 2 and half years. Staged 2 with PZ19 carburetor and extended header with trumpet. Billet flywheel and 22lbs valve springs. Stock gearing. Had it up to 46 mph once. Slightly downhill and down wind haha.

I have a CT100U and it would go 20 but took forever to get there. I put a 212 predator on it ($110) and its so strong it wants to pull wheelies if I give it too much throttle. I'm going to put the front suspension kit on from this video and probably the tires as it does have a rough ride.

Just bought one off Facebook marketplace stock. Bent the throttle restraint out of the way and hit 28. Switching it the thumb throttle like the the ct200. 50mph out of that one. These kids are doing the speed limits😂

When removing the old air box, there is a tube going from the exhaust to the air box. What do you do with this tube? Take it out of the exhaust and leave it out?

Id leave it in the valve cover (OHV) and have that breather tube hang down. You can also put a vent filter on it. This hole with the tube coming out will let your engine breath so don't plug it. You keep the tube in to help the oil drain where you want it because some will come out.

a 75 Tooth Rear Sprocket really helps it not be so sluggish.

I don't know but I put a stage 1 kit on my ct200 EX and went from 25mph to 18 and it was hard to start and ran like crap would stall every time you let up on the throttle I put all the stock parts back on and am now I'm stuck with these "performance " parts taking up real estate in my garage

Have you had a mechanic take a look at your engine? You can also send us some video footage of what you've got going on so that we can try and diagnose it for you.

I would have to out the parts back on for that which I am not going to do I have accepted the fact that you guys are in the money making business and your parts are not what you claim them to be or be capable of doing for a mini bike I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned and a wasted couple hundred dollars

also the parts are all bolt and go nothing to adjust what would really make the bike faster is a smaller rear sprocket which is not available probably because it would only cost a small amount of money and gps can't profit from some thing like that

I call bs on that chain because I had it on my ct200u ex with a governor bypass and a custom exhaust pipe and it would not stop breaking and a Amazon one that was $18 and it has not broke yet.

The RLV Performance chain is one of the most recommended chains in racing. Especially the Gold on Gold or Gold on Black series.
