Probably not - the frosting needs to be firm and I think with whipped cream it would stick to the stencil and peel off with it

Cutting the shape, especially the detailed ones, with a tiny number pair of scissors which as embroidery scissors. I can't imagine trying to cut it out with such a giant clunky pair of scissors.

Good point - tiny scissors would definitely be useful for smaller designs!

Yes! You can wash acetate stencils or for parchment stencils you can wipe them gently with a towel or paper towel to remove the buttercream on them
