1) are you anxious? Get rid of tension, work on the (social) anxiety to solve it 2) eat real food, stay in the fasting state in the morning, and dont eat shit, talk to people in the morning 3) breath deep from your stomach and speak slow 4) chill out and meditate/pray to process everything and let go of tension 5) exercise (workout) to stay in motion and grounded space 6) detox electronics to reduce inflammation, headaches, brainfogs Thanks for info the champ, after watching this video my voice automatically got deeper.

For real the voice becomes more powerful with increased confidence since you say what you want with virility and you actually mean what you say! Insecurity will make you say stuff like you're asking a question because you seek validation. Just realized this. Thanks for the pointers!

Yes bro insecurity was a big one that completely slipped my mind when making the video since I only do single takes but yes, any insecurities will increase tension therefore making your voice high pitched

I think forcing it can work quite well there's a ton of actors that have naturally have deeper voices after faking a deeper voice for so long like the voice actor for Batman. Eventually you'll stop faking it and just get used to speaking that low.

Guys, let me give you one golden tip. Choose a word (mine is "siiii" from ronaldo), get in a car and say it as long and as deep and loud as you can. Until you can literally feel your vocal cords vibrating. Do this for a few minutes and you’ll sound like Batman. Quickest and easiest method that I use literally everyday and it has been working wonders. You’re welcome.
