Another great benefit due to different timezones is having round the clock progress and support. We find the Skype for Business screen sharing and remote control feature very useful. Still struggling to get the laughs and banter though.

Mhh honestly i wouldn't even consider the remote work approach for a startup, maybe a small to medium business, but in the beginning having everyone in the same floor or building for quick feedback and collaboration is extremely important, some member working remotely could be viable but given that they are in similar time zones where the working schedules are not too far apart. Obviously it's important to know what kind of startup is and what are your goals, but generally to get things started i'd rather have people not far apart from each other then of course if you need to expand you gotta to delegate to other professionals abroad.

It all depends on what type of business you are doing. If you need to work in the lab princess and of course remote working well at work but everything else? I mean look at Twitter then I will announce that they will let everybody working remotely from home if they wish to for the rest of the working life. So there is definitely a change happening in the world
