I have been on Lithium for two years and gained 60 kilos (I am double my normal weight now). The reason I gained all that weight wasn't sweets. I was eating a lot of various types of food because I felt sleepy. Whenever I felt sleepy in daytime but needed to stay awake, I ate. *** On the 13th of October I started my new health plan: not to eat after 6 pm, drink 2.5 L of water a day, add raw salads to my meals, sweets only on Fridays and special occasions, add equol to my afternoon time coffee and tea. I also include psychological self help. I journal about my weight and ask myself why I don't allow myself to be skinny. Turned out my guilt didn't let me lose weight. I felt guilty because I am currently unemployed (read: useless). After I will work with my guilt and other psychological issues, I will start losing weight. So far I lost a kilo. 🤗

I actually can't wake up in the morning.I sleep more than 10 hrs like 11 to 12 .Idk its med effect or what.I disscussed with my doctor but he said its not because of meds,the doses aren't that high.Idk what to do .I have to study,exams nwar...

Does lithium give us fibromyalgia please how can I do for it after tape off lithium for ocd and headache 24 hours I faced lot of side effect only 3 months 900 mg lithium with 0.63 blood level
