Thank you for giving those of us who have knee issues a way to do the yoga poses without being on our knees. Other yoga programs just say use more padding and tough it out, but I feel like I can now do some of the exercises that were off limits to me because of my knees. Great video!

I take a Mexican blanket with me to the gym And at home I bought a shiatsu mat to use under my yoga mat. It’s very luxurious lol
