I just started using flax oil gel. You just get paid seed put in some water and boil. Turn it down till it gets kind of thick. Strain of from seeds in clean jar. Keeps in frig for a month. I use it after washing my face. Just wipe out all over my face. Takes about 15 min. Rinse off in warm water finish with cool. Inflammation will immediately go away.

I scrub my face with a cotton, and brown sugar mixed with light natural oils and then wash it. This technique is better than all beauty products and it works like magic! Don't forget to wash ur face with a mild soap before!

Scientific consultant (mainly for hospitals) and Facial Yoga teacher here. I usually like Dr. M's videos, but I would like to give a note of caution on this video. Thsee excercises do stimulate the orbicularis oris, but done as shown here (too much tension) and without the proper balancing excercises lips may get plumper but expression lines are bound to deepen, and asymetries to appear/increase. Keep that in mind if you have no experience with facial "workouts".

Before I was 30 years old I had those dreaded "11s" between my eyebrows. Long story short, I bought a book that taught facial exercises and was able to get rid of my "11s." Face exercise works! I have continued with face exercises but some of these exercises were new to me, so I definitely want to try them! By the way it was very helpful, and entertaining to watch you demonstrate each of them. @@malala3817 It would be better if you looked up face exercises to find a book that explains it. My book has photos to show what the exercises are suppose to look like. What is great is that some of these exercises you can do in the car, with a pair of sunglasses on. Lol Most of the time I do the face exercises in the morning. When I first got rid of my "11s" I did the exercises morning and night. Although it took awhile before I got rid of them, as I have kept up with these exercises the 11s have not come back, and that is over 10 years now! The exercises have also prevented wrinkles on my forehead and nasolabial folds too. It's not the only "tool in my toolbox" to have good skin, but I have definitely seen the ongoing benefits of doing these. And...it's FREE‼️👍😍

@@aneelasaeed6075 Hello Aneela. The original book I purchased is now out of print. A simple search for "face exercises with photos" should be able to find something recent for you. My thin, large, soft cover booklet has pictures of what the exercise should look like and that was very helpful to learn these exercises. If you can learn how to do these face exercises they will make a difference to get rid of wrinkles and sagging skin not right away but over time. Once you purchase a book, then you can do these exercises for years to come and they are then free to do, so it is a very affordable way to improve your skin. God bless you❣️✝️🛐

If anyone’s looking for a “Does it work” result, here it is. I was skeptical and I didn’t want to do it but I thought “why not?” I did every exercise he mentioned and I actually TRIED to do my best. I paused so I can do 10 reps of each he listed. As soon as I finished all of them, there was an IMMEDIATE change in my lips. It’s going to tire you out if you’ve never done lip exercises, I obviously haven’t. But it really works, I looked at myself in the mirror and they were the same results as if you used a lip plumper, I’m pretty shocked

My lips felt warm, but I think you could use a toothbrush to stimulate blood flow in the lip area !

Hahahahaha i am laughing cause I have been doing these all along, since childhood. For some reason I have always made faces and many of your exercises are among them. I didn’t know that could be a reason for my full lips because we dont have full lips in my family. :D thank you doc
