My go-to dessert: a bowl of Chia pudding made with my leftover morning protein drink made with organic almond milk, chocolate protein powder & collagen powder with a few frozen blackberries, blueberries, and rasberries added to the blender. Yum. Just stir hard for a few minutes when you make the pudding and stir again after 15 min. . Eat cold.

THIS IS SOMETHING THAT NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT. I just confirmed this with A.I. to make sure my memory didn't fail me & here is the A.I. response: Q: I forget which supplements you should not take at the same time you take K2. Was it magnesium? A: You're right! Magnesium is one supplement that should be taken at a different time than Vitamin K2. Taking them together can interfere with the absorption of both minerals1. It's generally recommended to space them out by at least a couple of hours to maximize their benefits Another combo we should take separately is Calcium & Magnesium. And Milk is another one. Do not add it to Coffee or Tea bcos it blocks the absorption of the flavonoids which are beneficial antioxidants found in these beverages. The proteins in milk can bind with flavonoids, potentially reducing their availability and effectiveness. For maximum benefits, you might want to enjoy your coffee or tea without milk. Just a small tweak for those antioxidants to do their magic!

K2 is not a "mineral". It's a vitamin and does not block magnesium, nor the reverse. Also from AI: "No, there is no evidence that magnesium blocks the absorption of vitamin K2. In fact, magnesium and vitamin K2 can be taken together and may even increase vitamin D levels."

Happy to respond, Janet. Gerolsteiner Mineral Water is a great way to drink calcium and magnesium. I've recommended my clients drink Gerolsteiner for years. What I noticed about myself it the carbonation in the drink irritated my interstitial cystitis. I miss it terribly. Does that clear up your question?
