Honestly nba players really shouldn’t play more than 2 games per week, let alone back to backs lol

A big thing for load management at least for me was reducing caffeine intake, caffeine does not give you energy, it only blocks the receptors in your brain that tell you that your tired. So if your drinking caffeine everyday then your not giving your body a chance to fully rest and recover and that can mess with your endocrine system, and is very inflammatory. And it can make you push when your body wants to rest or take it easier. I try to limit it to at least once a week. Also we ready to see you on that belt squat machine 🤙

Isaiah, it would be better if you make short highlihts of your discussion in less than 10 mins, i would so appreciate it, i would be honest, nowadays 22 min videos of just talking are little bit boring, and it is must be interesting content to watch it. Thanks for your work, I am writing this comment so you will improve as blogger/influencer

I think they should do a combo of both because I enjoy the longer videos since I drive a lot so I can listen to them

I disagree completely. If you can't watch a video because is boring, when they are giving free info, then you will NEVER be great. You gotta upgrade your mentality buddy

Also even tho they haven’t added more games to the season, the pace of games is a lot faster so fatigue is more per game

I've pulled my quad at the beginning of summer, it got better and was jumping once a week every week (long sessions like 1 to 2 hours leading to an avg of 70 jumps). I then integrated deep squats and band assisted pogo jumps and my quad tendons started to hurt. I continued to jump for the rest of the summer, sometimes it would get away when warmed up, but not anymore. I stopped jumping since 3 weeks, kept wall sit isos, leg extension isos and slow heavy squats, but I cant seem to get over that quand tendon pain.

@user-cx5vz5kg6wАй бұрын
see what your program tells you to do, alot of programs have you test 1RM during deload week, and will give you percentages.,
