He says in his Loupedeck rant video that the answer is "no." Don't know if this has changed from 5.2 to 5.9.

@TakeOneTech ... Did you experience any lag while using the Loupedeck / Razer Stream Controller? On my new device, e.g. on the Premiere Pro or Ableton Live profile, switching the set of buttons 1-7 occurs with a 1-1.5 second delay. Sometimes the reaction to the touch buttons or the knob is also with a 1-1.5 second delay. I don't know if this is the norm for this device, or I have a faulty copy (??)

Hey Great Video, Sorry for Noob question, i cant work out how to simply open a document or Folder on a Mac ?? (which is a 10sec job to create on Streamdeck)

Check the list of stuff you can drag and drop into the interface. I am learning too but I am all but positive there's an "open folder" and, I think, and "open file" option. Once you select those, it gives you the ability to point to a particular folder or file, I think.

Thank you for time you do putinto these superb tutorials. Very underrated channel. Just got my CT today and going step by step. Does not have much love out there other then by paid influencers. I still like the design and intention, does well some stuff, but just found out it has problems opening Keynote presentations which got me by surrpise. Will not return it, but those quirks on machine which was release fewyears back is quite shocking. Those are basics. Still, thank for your top notch videos, please do follow ups and do not give up on Loupedeck yet ;-)

Thanks a lot Alec. I desperately needed someone to explain all of this. I think they've over-complicated the whole thing and usability of the configuration app is diabolical and frustrating. I picked one up for help with my flight simulation (X-Plane 12), mainly for the rotary dials which are extensively used in aircraft cockpits. After hours of not being able to do anything with it I packed it ready to send back. But today just tried again and managed to get the rotaries doing what I wanted. Then saw your video (wish I'd seen these first). Great how you've broken the video into bite-size chunks rather than one mega-presentation. I'll be back for more, but thanks again mate.

Why can't you switch profiles manually with a button on the actual device? I created a button to turn dynamic off, but it still opens the app profile no matter what when the window is active. The new navigation preset for dynamic on/off doesn't seem to work for me.
