Simon is an unshakable optimist. He believes in a bright future and our ability to build it together.
Described as “a visionary thinker with a rare intellect,” Simon has devoted his professional life to help advance a vision of the world that does not yet exist; a world in which the vast majority of people wake up every single morning inspired, feel safe wherever they are and end the day fulfilled by the work that they do.
Simon is the author of multiple best-selling books including Start With Why, Leaders Eat Last, Together is Better, and The Infinite Game.

This is so helpful honestly, what a nice perspective. Other people had to believe we belong to open the door for us.

Simon - you ARE the absolute best!! 💯 watching you for some time and you inspire me to expect better in the workplace, and in general! I have retired from a toxic environment (thank you God for forcing me out as I wouldn't have walked away but for my current circumstance). If "leaders" had to take a mandatory course with you on how to interact, support their team, have empathy for their hard-working 💪 employees, and accountability/responsibility - a lot more businesses would flourish! I INTEND to do right by my future employees/contractors as your approach will take me and my team to the next level. I WANT them to be happy to go to work, be involved with certain decision-making. Keep it up Simon, humans like me are cheerleaders of this thought process and I thank you for this! Blessings 💖

I hear the term "smiley eyes" thrown around a lot, but Simon Sinek definitely has them. It's like he's the human form of that one smiling emoji.

I remind myself before speaking in front of others, that although I feel like an imposter, so does everyone else there. So I treat it like an imposter convention. The feeling is not about a lack of mastery, and cannot be solved that way. It's about a fear arising from an internalized narrative about rejection. If we are all imposters, then I don't need to worry about rejection - I'm already part of the group. :D It stopped being a point of anxiety for me after that realization. :)

Also everyone else on stage is wondering the same thing about themselves. It never goes away with achievement (ask Jimmy Fallon or Jerry Seinfeld how they feel right before they walk on stage) which is a relief once you accept it.
