You have a much different tone than most sales trainers which is very interesting to me. Is there a time and place to use a more energetic tone if the client has a higher energy or do you think this “concerned doctor tone” is the best way to approach every sale ?

This is great sales training! There are some meaningful takeaways from J.M's teachings. I was first introduced to a quantum leap in sales mindset almost 20 years ago so am very familiar with the shift in psychology and languaging. I would vouch to say that J.M. was largely influenced by the pioneer of trust-based selling who unlocked the sales game for sales reps AND trainers across all industries. I am ol' school. I truly believe that the pioneers that inspire and influence us to make positive contributions to the world--should always be acknowledged.
