It would be helpful to create a tutorial about blending acrylics because you do it so well and I, personally, am struggling with blending because the colors dry in a blink of an eye. I use the retarder and also spray water on the paint from afar every some minutes also put a wet rag then wax paper then the mixed paint ready to use

Можно использовать разбавитель ,чтобы сделать краски более прозрачными и замедлитель он не даёт краскам засыхать .Всё это можно найти в магазинах для творчества .Или использовать воду добавив её в стабилизатор и прыскать на краску .

Muriel, he did lose the first sketch. Maybe it was just done quickly to visualize where to put the lights and darks of the background. After the background, he either sketched or traced the branch and painted it. After the branch was dry, he traced or sketched the bird in white, painted it white, and then sketched or traced the details on the bird with a darker pencil,or transfer paper.
