Next time you come go down to cedar City and see cedar breaks National monument. It is a one beautiful spot. Also while in cedar City go to the Shakespeare festival. Some of those plays there are off the wall awesome. Thanks for coming to Utah it's a wonderful state. Another thing, wallet Zion National Park, why didn't you go up the backside at Kolob Canyon? Pull up Canyon is one gorgeous Canyon also. Missed out on one great place.

I just recently found out that the terms bison and buffalo do not refer to the same animals. The animals you saw here were bison, which actually look nothing like buffalo. Who knew?

Hey Julie, Arches: the windows, park avenue, and double arch are fairly easy. Zion and Bryce Canyon hikes change in elevation quickly, which make them a little more strenuous.

Hi Clay - cool video! First time in the states for me and we're doing a road trip from Salt Lake City to San Fransisco. I was wondering if you knew/reccommended any car rental companies in the area? Preferably looking for a 4WD to go overland down south. Thanks!
@ClayPerry Жыл бұрын
Welcome Nathan! I personally like using Dollar or Budget rental cars. They are the easiest to work with, and I've found they have lower pricing. Just watch out for third party sites like Expedia or Priceline because you don't always get what you see. Hope that helps! Enjoy your trip!

Great vid, thank you. Thinking about flying out from WNY. What month of the year did you go? We are thinking about July.
@Amoreena513 жыл бұрын
I’ve lived in St. George Utah for six years… We are an hour south west of Zion. I hate to say it, but July is the hottest month of the year with temperatures consistently in the 102+ degree range. Temps of 104-6 are not uncommon. That combined with the summer crowds and killer sun (reflected off the slick rock) doesn’t make for an ideal vacation month. April, May, October… Those are the best months for being in the desert.
@ClayPerry3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Michael! We went out in September, great weather. July may be slightly hotter.
