Dear Taryn, hahaha I often watch cooking videos but turn off the sound/ music.However, your videos make me turn on the sound n up the loudness n there's a smile playing on my face as I learn so much of what " simple achievable tricks I never knew ( until now), after more than 40yrs cooking for family n sometimes friends!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hi Lovely videos n tricks but actually would like to add one thing here , as for Indian curry n rice we use corriender for garnishing not spinach it spoils the taste of curry insteed corriander enhances the taste 👍🏼

I tried to do this once and it fell apart..the first plate you showed was easy enough.. I normally just serve it on the side.. it goes to show us how one thing changes everything: think outside the box! great!

Lovely as usual.. Just a small suggestion, curry being an Indian dish, coriander leaves is what is used for garnish. Anything is good though.. Mint also goes very well. 👏👏👏

Oh I know 🙈....I couldn't get fresh coriander anywhere the day I recorded this video! It's the best garnish with a curry - makes it taste so much better!
