So could you turn by turn raise a digimon to lvl 6 let's say then move it out to the battle area for free at that time? Cuz you don't use memory when moving out of the hatching area? Thanks

Shadow Wing's security effect is actually a blanket effect that works not only for digimon already in play, but for digimon just brought out of raising and digimon just played that turn as well. Though it wouldn't have changed the outcome nonetheless.

Ok now I get it, mainly tge summoning mechanic I didn't get since I only just bought a booster pack. Luckily it was mostly reds and greens and I even got a Phoenix so I'm def building off that.

Didn't the second Greymon ALSO have the +1 Security Check from Wing Blade? If so, couldn't the last Security card have been removed and then you would be able to attack to the face? Or is splitting the Security Check like that not allowed?

Wing Blade only affects the Digimon currently on the field when it is checked. The second Greymon was in the Raising Area, so it didn't receive the boost!

@@rustmarrow No, not that one. The other one. The one that was on the field when Wing Blade was hit as a Security card. Flarerizamon got the +1 Security, and the Raising Area Greymon got the +1 from ITS effect... but the other Greymon should also have gotten the +1 from Wing Blade right?

So for example, even if your Digimon has 5 Checks and the opponent only has 1 Security, your Digimon will simply break that Security. You will need another attack to go for face

Evolving a digimon that was placed on the field on a previous turn does not cause summoning sickness. If he moved it onto the field from the hatching area on that turn, then he would not have been able to attack, whether or not he digivolved.

wait. i thought whenever you summon a digimon it has summoning sickness and can't attack the same turn it is played, even if that digimon comes from the raising phase? could you clarify for me? (around @11:40)

A Digimon gets summoning sickness only when it is placed/summoned. Hatching/moving out of raising area does not matter

@@rustmarrow emm, but in Q&A of new evolution from official website which is published in 21/7,the digimon which hatched becuase of Mimi, can attack on that turn.(That summon sickness only affect the digimon is played on that turn but not hatched on that turn.)

Digimon cant attack same turn tht are summoned or placed ? Does tht count for when u digivolve on top of a digimon already existing on the board? Also u can hatch on one turn then the next turn u can move it ? No possible way of moving something from the raise area then hatch same turn right?

(1) Digimon can't attack the turn they are played from the hand. (2) Digivolving doesn't count. (3) In the Raising Phase, you are only allowed to perform 1 action: Hatch, Move or Skip. You can only Move if the Digimon in the Raising Area is Lv. 3 or higher. (4) There are effects that let you Hatch/Move during the Main Phase, so it's possible to do it in the same turn.

Could you please explain me better about blockers? I thought you needed to delete all digimons before attacking directly and the blockers were only to redirect attacks to himself. Also could you explain the piercing ability too?

[Attacking Directly] As long as the opposing player has no Security, you can attack them directly regardless of the number of Digimon they have on the field. [Blocking] By Resting themselves, Blockers can redirect attacks to themselves. Hence, they can stop direct attacks by substituting themselves as the target. [Piercing] When a Digimon with Piercing destroys an enemy Digimon in battle (without being destroyed itself), break the opposing player's Security based on the Digimon's Security Attack. You can see it as the Digimon attacking both an enemy Digimon and the opposing Security. However, if the opposing player has no Security, Piercing does not translate into a direct attack. It is an effect that only causes damage to Security.

Man what are the security checks? And what happens if i lost all of my security cards, i lose the game? And I was playing this game a few hours ago and a girl told me that my tamer who is attacked in my security cards not only actives his effect but remains in the field and i thought that my tamer have to be destroyed by the attack after the activation of the security effect like the option cards, she's right?

Security Checks just refer to the act of revealing an attacked Security card and resolving its effects. No, you lose when you receive an attack while you have no Security cards. Yes, Tamers remain on the field after being checked from Security. Read their Security effect, it's on the card

The red deck would've won, because the Greymon still had Security +1 from the option card. I think you missed that during the attacks.

Oh. Even if a Digimon with Security Attack 2 attacks while the opponent only has 1 Security, it does not become a Direct Attack. No matter how much Security Attack a Digimon has, it will only break Security. So no, Red wouldn't have won

I really like the arts of the new Digimon cards, but I still think that's way too fast pace, security is way too weak, even if it has higher DP, anyhow still loses together with the attacking digimon.
