Not a silly question at all :) A true reverse grab spin can only be done on a static pole xx

Oshebadx Hey glad you love it. I would say the steps start of beginner going into higher beginner them full reverse grab being intermediate. It's a lot on the shoulder so needs the time to develop the strength :)
