Poorna Salabhasana is popularly known as Full Locust Pose. It is a reverse
posture to the Cobra Posture, which gives a backward bend to the spine. Helps
relieve lower back pain, regulates blood pressure, improves digestion, improves
circulation in the lower body, increases spine strength especially in the middle
