That was exactly the lesson I needed! I *had* been struggling with this, and no matter how much I slowed it down, it still felt wrong. I have a question about this: Should I work on increasing the bpm of my practice on this over time or stick with the same speed and work on stick height for more power?

I generally just vary it - slow one day, moderate another, close to my improvement zone on another etc. I like to change it up rather than constantly just working upwards, that's where the SLOW-FAST-SLOW comes in anyway :)

Hi Mike, first of all love your content it helps me do much. I wanted to ask what the best electronic kit is for a beginner in your opinion. I have a acoustic kit aswell but me and my both play so it's kind of hard on my neighbours. My price range is around 500 euro's. Keep up with the great work!!
