Which type of oat we should?are u using rolled oat?because for oat firstly v boil it. Is rolled oat a healthy option?because I have heard it is not. Kindly guide me. Thnks

Hi Sridevi Garu, Can you please tell us how to remove phytic acid from different grains. Now, I am regularly preparing the chocolate spread and hummus at home. My kids love them. Also, please upload more healthy videos.
