I think l have yet to see any of their guests who are just fans and not chefs exhibit any real personality or genuine emotion when they are visiting the studio. But when they run into fans out while shopping or at restaurants, those are the ones who seem genuinely excited and happy.

Soo glad ya didn't over cook the shrimp. I go 2 minutes after steeping some pickling spice for about 10 minutes, hard boil. Love your shrimp dishes, I try and buy wild caught 10-20 when I can. Try my shrimp salad, 1/2lb of the 10/20, sliced cucumber (English if on hand) bout half, some sliced red onjun, and hearts of palm (from the can). I try and make portions equal. Sometimes I use a combo of tsp+ mayo and Italian dressing, or mayo and fresh squeezed OJ....Would love your take on this salad Master Chef, especially a new and different Japanese style dressing/sauce. Thanks, god bless...love all your posts!
