It is difficult to breath in cat pose, when chin close to chest. Can you suggest a solution.

Nicely explained, i have a question can we stay in the 🐱&🐮 pose for some moment if yes, should we hold the breath or keep it normal?? Plz explain this. 🙏

Yes you can stay in either pose for as long as you want. Do not hold your breath, keep breathing normally while holding the pose, then follow the breath pattern to change position.

Its ok, everyone's body structure is different. Some people can easily do it right away, some people are able to do it after lots of practice, and some people can't no matter how flexible they are.
