How to Put on a Collarbone Sling Alone, and My New Wahoo KICKR Accessory: The E-FLEX

It's been three or four days since I crashed on my BMC URS gravel bike, and broke my collarbone. Total cyclist life stuff. I am learning how to do things with one hand, like how to put on my own sling. I've also snuck back to the hospital today, and they gave me some great news. Back home I decided not to get into the "exciting activity" that I was planning for today but I'm getting it ready for tomorrow if you are Wahoo KICKR owner, you definitely will want to see the last part of this clip!
