I just tried this on my frozen hard drive, and it said it found some files, but I could not move forward until I paid $69 for it. So, no previews. This video says 100MB for free! I just wasted money on cables to connect the hard drive. Thank you for wasting my money and time.

WONDERSHARE RECOVERIT　won't work properly at all. Only the files names are recovered. Microsoft free software is much better; Microsoft Windows File Recovery,　command 　winfr D: E: /extensive /n *.jpg /n *.mp4 will recover you files
