Mam, I had a csection and baby is going to be 1 yt old this month. My doctor had said that I had diastatis recti. Would it have become ok by now? Can I start with suryanamaskar and these yogas? Please guide

dont try instant methods to reduce ur weight.try from the basic.take atleast 6 months time analyse ur ody first.dont harm ur body.

Weight loss need dedication.Do min 10 sets suryanamaskar morning n evening. Most important is warm up 5 mts bfore SN. Or fitness workout for half an hour. lot of things r ter to reduce weight.
