Thank you for your video it really help me lower my diastolic BP , it was 104 it went to 94 and now 84 , my Systolic went from 184 and now 124 both done with no medication , i lost 22 lbs and exercise everyday and walk 30 minutes twice a day and vitamins magnesium ,taurenate Hawthorn berry , Garlic , CQ 10 , I cutt carbs out completely it seem to work for me and Wm Hoff meditation with nose breathing

the information given in this video is actually valuable. My BP was 141/94 and now after 20 days following this information my BP is 116/80.

This is glorious, been searching for "what can you do to reduce blood ever tried - Handadison Pressure Amalgamation - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.

@@HoneyBee-xh2gh in two weeks walking 45 mins to 1 hour 5 days a week helped my blood pressure drop from scary to reasonable numbers. I also cut out booze and reduced my smoking considerably, so that maybe helped a lot too.

Hi I got biggest advantage from this video from number 2 topic about 30 minutes walking everyday. My daughter in grade 6 has suddenly increase in diastolic blood pressure from last 2 year specially in winter here in Canada. I tried everything,not medication but no improvement. After watching this video I started her on trademill walk every day 20 minutes at speed 2.5 and within week I saw big drop in her diastolic blood pressure from 94 to 78. It’s a big change. Thanks a lot for this video. Thank you very much.

My husband has high blood pressure, and he works at a desk all day. I'm going to send this to him so that he can see that even 30 minutes of walking can help with lowering BP. All of the tips are very helpful. Thanks for this great video!

I’m 40 and went from 162/107 to 142/95 in 3 weeks with proper diet. But honestly I was eating straight up garbage. So hopefully if I can keep this up for 12 weeks I’ll be under 130 and under 90.

This video is extremely healthy and extremely informative. I have always walked 30 minutes a day and I take Zumba dance classes and jazz dance classes every week too as well as go out dancing. Exercise has always been a big part of my life but during that lockdown when gyms were closed it raised quite a bit and i have been battling the diastolic pressure. 14:12

This is the best video I've seen with practical and very useful information. I've been on BP meds for 14 yrs but it has recently increased probably due to stress. My neighbour have me some hibiscus which has worked but I still have some way to go. I appreciate how you suggest adding everything into a daily routine . Thank you

I started taking raw garlic with food for few weeks and end up with brain stroke. Now I have brought down my systolic from 200 to 130 and diastolic from 110 to 90 by only eating green vegetables and salads. I have cut down carbs to lowest and little bit meat. I have been dieting for more than year. I am only 44.

I second getting supplements from Amazon are a problem. I have made that mistake and paid with an elevated blood pressure. I also noticed that not getting enough sleep at night creates a problem with blood pressure too. I'd love more information on improving sleep.

Is eating canned wild caught albacore tuna, wild caught sardines, or canned wild caught salmon bad for your blood pressure because of the salts in it? The only reason why I eat canned fish is because my wife hates the smell of fish, especially cooked fish stinking up the house. It’s also more affordable than uncooked fish. Any suggestions on eating canned tuna, sardines, and salmon? I avoid adding salt to it & I watch my portions when eating canned fish too!

Thanks for writing in! Canned sardines/salmon can be an excellent choice. You don't need to be too concerned with your salt or sodium intake if eating mainly whole-based foods. Only if eating a ton of boxed/frozen/restaurant foods do you have to worry. Tuna is just too high in mercury for our recommendations but salmon/sardines are great! -The FMP Team

I have been eating all of these daily while doing KETO-OMAD for 3 months. Excellent weight/fat loss, joint pain gone. Meditate and deep breathe, 5,000 steps a day. Positive relationships all around...BUT, my BP is unchanged at 155/82. What am i missing?

Try adding magnesium and lots of potassium to your diet. Drink organic coconut water. Hope this helps. If nothing change, check with your doctor for underlying reason for it. Like your kidneys health, your high bp is genetics, and a lot more reasons

Hi im on my 30s now and have problem in my BP , i always have range of 150/110 - 170/120 After giving birth to my son it never go down. I wish this will help me.

Hi Sakina, thanks for writing in and great question. We recommend taking 200-500mg of Magnesium at night for women. Brands such as NOW and New Chapter are two that we recommend as high quality products. Regarding aged garlic, taking anywhere from 600mg-1.2g per day is a good amount, depending on the bottle's recommendation. -The FMP Team
