My daughter in grade 6 has suddenly increase in diastolic blood pressure from last 2 year specially in winter here in Canada. I tried everything, not medication but no improvement. After watching this video I started her on trademill walk every day 20 minutes at speed 2.5 and within week I saw big drop in her diastolic blood pressure from 94 to 78. It’s a big change. Thanks a lot for this video. Thank you very much.

Now I have brought down my systolic from 200 to 130 and diastolic from 110 to 90 by only eating green vegetables and salads. I have cut down carbs to lowest and little bit meat. I have been dieting for more than year. I am only 44.
