Great series from start to finish. I wish you can fix my problem with the same type of machine. I noticed I don't get full cups of espresso. Some espresso gets lost in the tray. Thanks for sharing your professionalism. My machine isn't even close to being that dirty. I clean it ever two weeks. Like I said the only problem is I have a leak since it doesn't fill up my cup to normal size when chosen. I find some of the espresso in the drip tray.

Хиляди благодарности за видеата. Имам 2 кафемашини, които благодарение на видеата ти поддържам сам, все пак с много главобол. Смятам, че спасих мелачката, тъй като беше затлачена цялата с кафе, отворих и скоростната кутия, но при мен всичко беше чисто и я затворих, като сложих колелцето на първначалната позиция, в която е било. Като включих машината не минава self test-a и изписва brew unit blocked, опитах да натисна 3-те бутончета, за да завърти скоростната кутия и да се репозиционира, но не става, може ли за съвет :)

Very interesting series, thanks. I have a "Royal Office" I think. Similar, but bigger and maybe older, because it has no prebrew function nor steamer. Recently it gave me "Sensor error 02" twice at power up self test , and I cannot find the explanation of those anywhere. Fortunately it cleared after switching off and on again.

Great series. I was hoping that you could show how the grinder is calibrated? Do you have a video for this please? My magic makes very weak watery coffee, any ideas? Thanks

Ever found an answer? have a royal professional and pucks come out more watery than I would like regardless I tried to set it to a finer grind setting and also turned prebrewing to Off. Other than that I love mine.
