ive got an unrelated question, about collagen supplements: i read that taking collagen supplements itself is probably not going to make a difference simply because it will be broken down during digestion and realistically there's no way of knowing if that will end up being converted back to collagen anyways. so shouldn't just taking enough protein per day be good enough instead of collagen supplements?
