I have a question. I have massive lower back pain on my right side about the top of the butt to alittle bit above my pants line. It hurts to turn or bend over and then try to stand back up again. But doesn't hurt when I am all the way straight up and then bend backwards. No real pain going down my leg but sharp pain in the top of my butt/lower back area if I try to step up or lift my right leg up as I would normally. What do I do, it really hurts and what could be the cause of my pain? Please help me

There are a few ideas for ways to exercise back muscles Gradually start walking further per day Begin an anti-inflammatory diet Think about trying yoga classes Checkout some online guides (I learned these and why they work on Fergs pain ease website )

This is exactly what I needed. Had nagging right side lower back pain for over a year. Have done everything from chiro, sleeping on floor, hip flexor stretches, but the only relief I’d get every now and then was when I’d get into flexion and hear a deep click, exactly as you described. Wow ED. I suffer for 8 years. Been to every doctor. Nobody EVER recommended this. I was in so much pain earlier I prayed to Jesus to heal me. That didn't work but MY GOODNESS THIS DID! It's not 100 percent better but it was instant relief. Unreal. Thank you deeply dear one.

oh wow, I'm so thankful to come across you!!! I've been having lower back pain on my right side particularly when I twist my torso to the side (when looking back)for a couple of days and it's been quite a sharp pain that's just not going away. I just followed the exercises in this video and I finally can turn without wincing in pain!! thank you so much!! it's still not completely gone but definitely lessened by like 80% and this is the first time doing these exercises. I'll do them tomorrow too, thank you so much!

OMG...🤭😳😲 I have an L5-S1 & L4-L5 disc bulge that extends 2 mm into my central spinal canal. THESE exercises brought me out of the debilitating throbbing, tightness, tingling & burning radiating pain I’ve been in consistently for nearly a year. I’m not 100% but I feel MUCH better than I did 30 mins ago. I appreciate you so much. I’m finally learning the exercises I need for my specific condition. @Ed Paget The first time I followed these stretches they gave me great relief. I also slept pretty well too. Did it again yesterday a few times throughout the day but got no relief at all. My entire right side from lower all the way to my feet throbbed, burned & hurt almost all day. I know this works. I just trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong.🤷🏽♀️

Ms OhSoSolo you may have over done it. More isn’t better. Just do a couple of movements regularly throughout the day.

@Ed Paget Okay. It’s 12:25a for me now. I really want to be sleep BUT the radiating gets so bad at night I don’t sleep then start my day at 5a. I just did the first stretch using the chair, will do one more set & call it a night. I have a reminder schedule on my phone & have downloaded this video so I can access it anytime/anywhere. I KNOW IT WORKS. Again, I thank you!🙏🏾

Pregnant woman here. I’ve been dealing with terrible lower right back pain, doing yoga + stretches + physical therapy hasn’t helped much. But this! This really helped! I can’t believe the difference it made. I had to modify it slightly because of my bump. I’m so going to do this many times a day!

Wow my guy! As a fitness guru ive tried everything for this back pain thats been painful for the past year but i remember it started befofe that. Fast forword ykur knee vkdeo brought me to your video then and that to sleeping on the floor i woke up a little better so i was like okay let me do it again today every 30 minutes from morning for 5 hours and when i tell you RELIEF!!!! 80-90% relief. Lets see how tomorrow and the rest of the week goes. I also loosened up a bunch of leg muscles too its likd i got new body now from stretching for over 20 minutes for the past 3 days

Before this exercise I was not able to stand up without holding and supporting my right lower back with my hand. Just after first try the pain did not gone tottaly of course but I have started to sit up or lay down and get up without supporting my lower back. Thanks for sharing.

Yep. Been dealing with soreness in that region for weeks since I've been out of surgery on my arm & been out of the gym overall. Doing this & then rounding out & manually popping it in my chair, I was able to get the faintest pop in that region, and when I bend forward in my chair, I felt only a tiny ounce of soreness compared to the blatant soreness I had in the region for months. It's very rare when I get pops in that area, I typically have to lean those joints into my seat, round out, lean opposite direction & reach down with the arm that's pointed down, and pull my leg to maybe sometimes pop it. It usually works when I'm not too tight. But this helped me set it up As I typed this I feel nothing while shifting in my chair. Very impressive this goes in my workout playlist. Edit: I did it with a somewhat more exaggerated reach on the wall and leaning my hips back even further for a deep stretch. I do notice that it's easy to isolate certain joints, so I slowly inched my way back to the regular starting position. I sat down in my chair and reached for the floor. No pain. None.

I've been suffering this left side lower back pain for ages. Sometimes it's alright and it doesn't bother me, but sometimes, like after a heavy squat workout it's literally a pain in the ass. But this. The moment I started, after a few reps I heard a "pop" and felt like at least one lock opened. And I haven't been able to find a good streching moves for QL etc, so this is wonderful. This helped me so much, I went a little too hard on my last set of squats the other day and on the last rep I tweaked my lower back a little and the right side has been killing me the last couple days and tried this for 2 sets just then and a lot of the pain subsided for now will repeat again tomorrow

Thing is, despite it may give you a temporary relieve, when you have a chronic facet joint pain, how do you treat that? Feel only solution are injections to that chronic inflammation in facet

I try and look for the cause of the inflammation. Is it biomechanics, is it over use, is it dietary. Once we find the cause the treatment is easy.

@@donnamiller9590 that might be a different problem. When pain radiates like that it can mean that a nerve is being pushed on. I would recommend having that looked at by a professional.

@@EdPaget - I already have been to orthopedic doctor who wants to do hip surgery (no arthritis or degenerative signs in the hip so 🤷🏻♀️) and I am under regular chiropractic care. Adjustments last to relieve pain for about 3 days. Just looking for relief in between chiropractic appointments. I know my pain is sciatic nerve and scoliosis related.
