I am into 6 months of training. 2 Hours daily 6 days a week in Gym. 55-60 minutes of cardio - Treadmill, Bike, Cross trainer. 60 minutes of weight and resistance training. Diet controlled. 6 rotis and sabji daily with supplements of Paneer, Tofu and Chicken. Only lost 6 kgs so far. Frustrating to the hell !!! What more I can do ?

Shifted here in Hong Kong and life is very busy here and gyms very far, not giving you excuse it’s just a sharing ; I try most of the days to go to gym but work demands are killing and stressful. I will start your 90 days series after 2 weeks( modify some workouts according to me) and let you know if any changes or will keep trying further. Again many thanks.
