@@DrTomBiernackiA point of interest on 🥚- we got chickens 🐓 this fall for eggs- we feed non gmo feed plus coconut- cranberries- sesame oil on noodles 🍜 and chopped cabbage. I kid you not- their eggs have NO sulfur smell. Though it may be the formaldehyde store bought are treated with is the main problem but when we got them chickens there eggs were so small- now large and they are more productive. Organic is the best choice for eggs. Seriously - 😅

Couple months ago, my dad who is 81 was in the hospital for 2 weeks. He was having trouble standing up, all kinds of tests, the doctors couldn't figure what was wrong. We came to find out it was calcification of the arteries. I knew K2 D3 was probably deficient. He was sent home, and I put him on some D3 K2 and omega 3 supplements. He has gone from barley being able to stand, to walking 3 1/2 miles a day in less than a month.

@@BCSTS The Hospital Did diagnose him after almost two weeks and many tests. I leaned about supplements or deficiencies from Dr. Berg and others on youtube. . Not many doctors will tell you about supplements, and are only focused on prescription drugs. I leaned this during COVID where I was suffering from pneumonia, My pulmonary specialists said my lungs were needing to be drained, which I really didn't want to happen. I discovered YT videos that people were taking N-Acetyl Cysteine,D3, ZINC,and Quercetin to combat pneumonia so I started talking that combo. My appointment date was maybe a week and half away & when I showed up my lungs were totally cleared up. I said to the pulmonary specialist, It was the NAC and other supplements, His response was I can not talk about that. My mouth dropped and knew it was all about pushing big pharma. So many people were using NAC that Amazon actually banned it for awhile as did many other retailers. I know not to look for cures from doctor when it comes to deficiencies. & yes they sent my dad home after diagnosing him, sorry for the confusion

They never talked about K2 in medical school...shows why health care is such a sad mess. It is not concerned with health, only focuses on disease management . PREVENTION SHOULD BE THE PRIORITY. Nutrition is vitally important and impacts more than 90% of illnesses in my country.

These effects were noted in some seriously diseased CAROTID arteries (>1300um). The effect was a reduction of 30% (SOFT plaque)which still put them in the seriously diseased category. Important to note these were measures via ultrasound (cIMT). No outcomes were followed.

At age 76 now I have increased my Vitamin K2 to 2 daily doses - 100 mcg together with 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 for lunch, 300 mcg of Vitamin K2 together with another 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 for dinner because I suspect that more K2, like D3, may be therapeutically used in future & K2 has no known toxic level. So far no side effects, after 2 months. I will reduce the dosage if so. Thanks. Melville Jayathissa from sunny Malaysia. Cheers!

You have the best of food sources where you live. I might be immigrating over there in a few years, if we're still around. Try the Japanese fermented bean dish component supplement. Clears up arterial build up plaque. 12000 Fu daily. Concluded by a large scale trial that ended December last year. Can't mention specifics, according yt rules. The c. bug is coagulation related in a major way. Cloths closing off airway parts. Causing all kinds of health issues. The supplement dissolves cloths better than regular meds, without any complications. Even at halve the dosage.

As I became super unhealthy, I continued to take supplements which I thought I needed, and may be the only reason I a still alive. Of course, there is tons of bad info about supplement, but you always present "both sides" if needed. My health is much better due to finally knowing what a correct diet is, and my supplement use has dropped immensely as I become more educated the useless ones, and proven ones. Anyway, thank you. I was told i had a calcified mitral valve after a echo cardiigram. I took k2 and 18 months later had another echo and it was now not calcified! That is proif that this stuff is great! Regarding freezing natto, well, I get it from the frozen foods section, and the instructions on the package even says "keep frozen" so i don't know how the "don't freeze" warning came about. As for eating it, you don't have to eat it plain. The most common way to eat it in Japan is to mix it with a raw egg and if you want, over some hot rice. It makes for a good breakfast. I mix it with my scrambled eggs (cooked with butter). You can experiment and come up with ways to eat it with other foods so that it doesn't taste gross. Anyway, it does come with condiments such as sweet mustard and soy sauce to help make it more palatable.

Your thoughts on bran cereal or grape nuts opposed to taking a multi vitamin? Both are packed with vitamins. I read where doubling up with both a vitamin and health cereal isn't wise, so i rotate on both cereals + use /rotate with 5 min oatmeal, lentils, sweet potatoes, beans to go with my dinner of beef, poulty, fish etc. Anyone?

Oats and grains are LOADED with glyphosates. So when you eat that stuff you are at risk for cancer. Not if, but when.

What about liver from grass fed animals? This is our oldest form of K2 that we’ve eaten. After the kill everyone on the tribe got some K2 from organ meats. Not too much and not to little.

You don't take calcium products. Vitamin D3 is what you want.

Ok. So, I’m confused. Does it remove already deposited calcium or just remove calcium that is circulating and prevent it from depositing?

Is Natto high in oxalate?
@DrTomBiernacki
@DrTomBiernacki 4 ай бұрын
Natto, a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans, typically has a very low oxalate content. Oxalates are organic compounds found in many plants, and they can be a concern for people with certain health conditions, like kidney stones. Soybeans, the primary ingredient in natto, are generally considered to be low in oxalates compared to other legume varieties. The fermentation process used to make natto might also help in reducing the oxalate content further.
