How to remove RAM 1500 Sport Hood Vents

In this video we show how to safely remove the hood vents from a challenger style sport hood of a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. The vents can be removed from the outside according to the manual but doing so risks damaging the paint. Hood is stock from the factory. It moves a bit but nothing too crazy

Ram air system I believe is that it's called replaced the hood vents with a working forced air system

Yeah its a cool system but super expensive and only works on the passenger side for their intake! Won't work with the procharger kit install we are doing 😁

There is a mopar mod to make the passenger side vent into a true cold air intake. There is a video here on youtube, that shows the mod and all the parts that come with it.
