Will this not damage the converter? currently doing this job but i was gonna remove sump and loosen all the crankshaft caps & conrod caps to unseize the engine

How are you supporting the transmission? I just pulled my engine and have the trans on a Jack stand. This looks way better if I needed to roll it out of the garage

It's a bmw its like 12 bolts and the entire front end comes off then you just slip the engine out

You need a wrench to fit between the flywheel / torque converter. You’ll need someone else with a prybar to flex the flywheel so you can fit your wrench in.

OK, but if your to put it again how do you do because tolk covetor have to first fixed inside in the gear box

The torque converter is just “floating” in the transmission. You just need to push it into position and the engine to follow.

Did this on mine but all the oil in the converter spilled out, is it posible to fill it back up or do i need to replace it?first time ive done this

Yes that’s normal, you’ll have to top it up once everything is put back together.
