I did a full swap (A, B, C, D pillars and headliner) with original parts on a 2020 BMW X5 and it took me 6 hours - major project!

C pillars. They have got an airbag. Does the full c pillar just come off by pulling?

Yes just pull hard. The airbag is not an issue
