My dsi has this issue where whenever I tap on the screen it will register as if I'm tapping on the far right of my screen and sometimes it will work perfectly as if nothing is wrong and whenever I calibrate it the calibration will go on indefinitely.

I needed this vid due to how whenever my sister used her blue DSi if you ever tried to open up certain apps, like the photo album one, it would say something that had to do with yes or no and whenever u pressed on yes it would click in no but if you clicked no it would register as no the thing is it wasn’t just with certain apps it was the whol left side that didn’t work and choose the right side of things when selecting the left

In almost all cases, this is a result of the touch screen or lcd connection not being secure. You will need to go back and double check that.

We have you covered, visit our site Nintendo Repair Shop and search for dsi touch screen. You likely don't need to replace the LCD unless the scratch is more like a gash.

You may try your connections if its properly connected. Is there plastic film on the LCD?

Ps.: When connected the charger, the light of charging is on. When is in battery, have no lights turned on.

Hmm, that is odd. The volume switch can be replaced. Might help? Does it do this for all games?

Do you replace the black plastic frame around the digitizer after you put it all back together or are we supposed to put it on before we lay the digitizer and LCD into the unit?

i bought one from ur site...followed the video but now the screen flashes white for a split second then cuts off...1 blue light flashes with it...it will charge though...what did i do wrong??

It sounds like the connection on the touch screen or LCD is not secure. I'd go back and double check it.

My touch screen is ok, its just whenever I'm drawing on the Flipnote studios it makes a staircase line and distorts drawing

Can I send in my dsi because I don't know where to get a screen. Also the screen was punctured so whenever I try to make flipnotes, on the bottom right corner and the mid top left corner, the screen makes the 'stylus' jump and it's really annoying and because of that I can't use flipnote

I wanna fix it but I don't have the tools and my mom would probably say no. I was going tk play my game but it said error so I decided to restart it and then when I turned it on, the screen stopped working ;-; what do I do??? I wanted to play some games! The buttons also do not work when I click them They only work once in the openjng screen... The camera buttons are fine though...

You likely just need to calibrate your touch screen. If that doesn't fix, it might actually be a bad screen.

Bad touch screen if it is the same for all games. Simply replace it.

Nintendo Repair Shop Inc. Yes, we tried everything! The previous owner glued the screws. I just got screwed! :P Two of our finest screwdrivers broke. I asked the previous owner for my money back, this is just ridicules.

Wow, that is bad. You could try drilling out the screw heads, but yeah you are probably looking at more trouble/risk of damage than it is worth. We have replacement systems if you are interested.
