Any idea where I can find discontinued parts? Only had my sofa a short time and thwy have already discountined the recliner mechanism that is all bent up and not working right.

eBay. Those parts still exist on their new models. They typically don’t change the mechanism design, but they don’t know how to figure that out for you unfortunately

Power recliner actuator works; the back moves flat before leg rest moves up. Also, the chair’s rocking feature no longer works. Have you a video on this?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEO ON HOW TO REPAIR ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH powered recliner... I have on that really has me puzzled.... it was working fine for a couple years, then one day ... nothing....no up or down.... i replaced power cord/transformer.... no help.... i replaced up/down switch.... no help.... i replaced motor assembly... no help.... i know how to diagnose such problems, but this one has me totally puzzled... checked for bent or cut cords.... no luck.... all parts are NEW from Amazon.... this one is driving me nuts........ what could i be missing ?? HELPPPPPPP

I have a Flexsteel electric powered recliner when you have pushed the handheld switch it reclines back in the foot part comes up fine but then you cannot get it to reverse and go back down so you can get up out of it what might be the problem how do I find out

It is more than likely an issue with your switch. I usually recommend trying to get a new switch and plugging it in to see if that resolves the issue. Nine times out of 10, that resolves it. That’s also the cheapest solution just start with

I have an electric reclining chaise lounge. The back doesn’t raise all the way. I don’t believe it has anything to with the electrical system. Do you have a video on how to fix this?
