Not sure why you just didn't remove the cheap black plastic screen bezel and did the work from there instead of removing the whole assembly???

The battery had to be disconnected. Couldn't get to it without removing the bottom. Then, it also seems the bezel was behind/underneath another part that would prevent it from being freed enough to do the work. I just had to do this on an Asus L406MA and it was mostly the same, except for the metal hinges that connect the screen to the main body - one of my hinges was partially under the motherboard. I pretty much had to take the whole thing apart just to free the hinge so I could separate the screen from the rest of the body, slide off that long piece (6:14), and then lift my bezel and replace the screen.

Rysen 5 - is the name of processor, that could be installed in any laptop, not only Asus. So it is not correct laptop model name. You should check the model name on the back of your laptop
