How to Replace Catalytic Converter 2003-2007 Honda Accord

This video shows you how to install a new TRQ direct-fit bolt up catalytic converter assembly on your 2003-2007 Honda Accord. This vehicle uses an integrated exhaust manifold and catalytic converter assembly. That means you can replace the manifold, or the catalyst, without needing any cutting or welding.
This repair was done on a 2006 Honda Accord EX 2.4L Sedan 4-Door FWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

Thieves cut my catalytic converter, was gonna be a fortune for the part and labor at the shop. Bought the cat on Amazon, but discovered I needed the flex pipe as well when I went to install it. Just something to keep in mind if you're buying parts from Amazon or wherever, it was not listed with the 02 sensors in the "frequently bought together" blurb, and it cost me 2 extra days. Actually haven't installed any of it yet but I've got every part this guy installed so hopefully it's all good

Can you guys do a how to guide on how to replace and install injectors in a 2008-2014 Nissan rogue? There's not a single video or written guide on how to do this, not even the owners manual says anything about it, I want to replace injectors in my rogue because I've been getting insanely bad mpg, I want to do various things to my rogue because the car was neglected for almost 4 years, I want to do spark plugs, fuel pump, injectors, 02 sensors and if possible catalityc conv cleanup or replacement.
