This video shows you how to install a crankshaft position sensor on your 2010-2013 Ford Transit Connect. The crankshaft position sensor is an important component of any electronically controlled ignition system. The sensor provides the computer with data about the position of the crank shaft to properly adjust ignition timing. If the sensor in your vehicle is broken or malfunctioning, you may suffer poor performance, or get a check engine light.

Yeah I have the same questions.. it is adjustable.. so do you need to align it with one of the teeth? Also do you need to do a crank re learn procedure after the installation?

That position sensor can be adjusted and I don't know why you didn't even mention that I don't trust this video at all

Doesn't this require a 303-1417 tool? Or is bolting it up all there is to it?

Is any adjustments need to be done for timing..dose it go straight on as old one.
