hello. i know this is not the right video to ask this question but lets go: if a have a wire 6-3 (grnd, black, red, white coming out my braker panel from a 240 volts, 50 amps braker and i want to connect it at a female box with 3 wires (grnd, and two hot wires, is it possible.

Simple job? hum, I wonder... Plastics can be pretty stout these days for shower heads and do no require teflon, just a hand tight fit, according to the manufacturers. HD plastics also do not have real problems with mineral build up harming the head, which also reminds me to say to run the water to flush the pipes before installing new parts. My mom's goober-ass arrogant husband installed a remote shower head for me at her house (since I'm recovering from injury and staying at her house) and botched the job ~ he didn't do as I suggested above, so mineral deposits broke loose clogging the new head, he also used channel-locks and ripped up the outer surface AND stripped the threads - dumb-ass - so in my disabled condition I had to redo his work :~
