Aloha. Thanks for the video instructions. I couldn't figure out how to change the battery so was going to stop by Toyota to have them change the battery and told myself "Wait a minute. There must be instructions on KZbin." Lo and behold, used Google to get the link and your video popped up. Easy to follow instructions. Battery size and type is right on the battery itself - easy to buy at Walmart, Target, and most food stores. Thanks for saving me $$$.

FYI you can use the key to pop out the battery the same way you used it to split the two halves of the FOB. No screwdriver required :)

On my 2019 Prius keyfob, there is no push icon. There is a slider to take out the key, and the key is used to open the shell. Then there is a cover over the circuit board to pry off, and the circuit board itself has to be pried out, using a pocket knife. It is a pain. When you get to the battery, there is a solid plastic piece of the frame holding it in, and it's not obvious how to get the battery out. I think your video should cover all the Toyota variants.

I have a 2010 corolla and my key fob looks nothing like this one. Can anyone direct me to a vid on the type I have. One other thing to note about this video; make sure you observe the orientation of the battery before you remove it so you put the new one in correctly. Some people may not be familiar with these types of batteries?
