Thank you, I was doing it the other way, which is to turn off the ice maker for 5 seconds. Turn on and then hit the reset button for 5 seconds but your way is much better.

I just reset it how long should i waitbto get ice. I assume water is meant to get to the traybto freeze up and produce ice in the tub but i dont see water yet.

The front panel of yours looks just like mine except my ice catches in the door. When I take the ice catcher out the on and off switch is there but I do not see a reset button. Can you help please?

My ice maker was not working and i call for service to come out. They replace the carpartment and said give it 24 hrs. I ask him which is the on and which is the off, he said the line so therefore i turn the ice maker off. By watch your video i saw that the circle is off and line is on. I use a pen to reset it and all of a sudden the tray turn and water came out in the tray so hopefully in time i receive ice. Will let you know and thanks for the video! PS. I also brought a new filter thinking that was the problem!😊😊😊

I would like to know why it doesn’t move too. The tray moves a little bit like it’s going to flip over, but then it never does. And the arm does not move up or down.

Hi I watched this video and nothing happened to mine. I literally took the wife's hair dryer and just blasted where the switch was on the bottom, came at it from the top and let it warm up. Tried the reset and water came out

@FollowMikeWynn idk I couldn't figure out to get the tray out was being a pain in the ass and I know there not hard to take out 😅. My ice maker quit working because the filter alarmed out for replacement so it quit making ice. Your video was helpful.... thanks

Brother, please tell me yours is slow af to make ice too? It can’t keep up with just me and my girlfriend’s daily usage. I have to sometimes go without using it all day so that we’ll have a little bit more leeway the following day. It’s so annoying. To your knowledge would this reset help that?
