all Ive been doing lately on both desktop Computers,I first downloaded the latest windows 10 setup from Microsoft website,Then cleaned out all the dust out of both computers,Then give the computer lowest formats ever,Then freshly install latest Windows 10 setup,Re install all my software program setup's from all the latest,Do that,You get a very fast Computer,Then do this again normally around 6 months time

Thanks a lot, This video motivated me to format PC on my own. I had windows 10, so I went for Cloud installation, I think it took around half an hour for me to download, and then after - "Resetting this PC 41%" and it stuck there for close to 2 hours, and after that immediately it jumped to 71% and thereafter, in half an hour, I found another screen which said installing WIndows that took another half an hour, and then it was done. For me it took overall 6 hours to get it done.

Try Repairing Windows Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Restart. Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan sfc /scannow Restart. Windows Updates- Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
