Grateful for you continuing my beliefs. Your vision is powerful like my own. Spiritually you are awake. Hello. May our paths cross. Breathe. You’ve said it all.

No need for words, you know the truth. We understand this game we’ve placed our “self” into. May our paths cross in alignment We are moving into universal higher consciousness

Understanding what you can and can’t control allows you to flow with life rather than trying to make something happen or push something away. 💯💯

Really needed to hear this one, thank you beautiful person. I have been on the spiritual path for a long minute and have gotten into the habit of meditating for a short period every morning but still I really struggle to quiet my overactive mind, which is why I feel like I’m always listening to something while cleaning my room, walking, driving, etc. to quiet the obsessive thought spirals my brain is always going down. Do you have any advice for helping with this? p.s. I’m listening to this at the frozen yogurt shop I work at literally making an ice cream sundae as you mentioned that lol :)

You’re beyond welcome beautiful reflection, so glad my video could provide value and thank you for tuning in. And yep I got you on this one as it’s extremely relatable for me, even after so much spiritual growth I still had trouble quieting my mind for so long. Common example for me being I would always hear the voice of people who doubt/don’t understand my truth rejecting it, and negative thoughts in general would pop up subconsciously. Here are the two main answers I’ve had given to me so far. First one being that when we don’t intentionally focus our energy on something we want, it’s very easy for it to be taken away by whatever pops up - especially during an activity like cleaning because it’s super simple and you can do most of it unconsciously. Practice completely immersing yourself in whatever you’re doing and you’ll notice the space between intrusive thoughts get longer and longer as you get better at centering your attention to the present moment, or you don’t even have to quiet your mind; you can just transmute your thoughts intentionally into something worth thinking about that raising your vibration! The second answer I’ve gotten here I actually received yesterday. Try a repeated phrase, a chant, or a hum. For me humming is always pretty calming. But yesterday I realized how useful repeated phrases can be. For example, like how I mentioned earlier I would constantly hear the voice of doubts when I would think about my truth. So what I learned I could do is repeat a phrase (I chose “I’m giving my energy back to myself) which really really helped me keep from getting distracted by random thoughts. Let me know if you have any other questions :) No coincidences, just synchronicities 💞🔁✅
