How To Rig A Slip Bobber For Crappie Fishing (Step By Step)

In this video, I show you How To Rig A Slip Bobber set up for crappie fishing. This rig is especially great for crappie fishing over deep water brush piles. However, I have had success with this rig fishing during the crappie spawn, as well as bridge fishing. This set-up also works great for almost any species of fish, or any type of fishing. Since I started using a slip bobber set up, I haven't used a snap bobber, this rig is convenient in many ways. I hope you try this set up while fishing with a bobber/cork. @@903fishing I didn't have a bobber stopper that day so I used a uni to uni with a bead as a stopper. Worked in a pinch but non adjustable.

I'm going to try this method on my favorite local lake. Its cold here and I recently tried using spinners near the bottom of the deep section, but to my amazement I hit loads of dead algae, grass, and gunk which I NEVER dealt with during the summer when I used spinners. I'm hoping this will let me target the deep section from above and avoid all the crap, just like you said. This was a great video - thank you
