i just came across your channel on my recommended and im very glad i did!! i have been stuck in a bad mental and physical funk for over a year and have been really hard myself for losing who i once was. when i’m on youtube i’m usually watching content that has no value necessarily in the long run for me. BUT YOURS! is a different story. i have watched only three videos so far and each one has motivated me and pushed me to physically get up and get my shit together! i’m going to continue to watch all your content to motivate me to not lose focus! i appreciate you already so much for your research and great videos!! i now feel like i can take back my mental and physical health. 🫶

you looked so happy while rock climbing 🥺🥺 amd omg yes we definitely want a moving vlog!! you're so right about hobbies. i've always been scared to pick up a hobby because i get frustrated really easily if i'm not immediately good at it. however last year i decided to start crocheting and i loved it! i'm definitely not good at it and i'm just doing uncomplicated things like scarfs because i just enjoy the motions of crocheting, but it's been so relaxing and such a nice way to clear my mind :)
